When WSB & Associates, Inc., a professional engineering, planning, environmental and construction consulting and design firm, needed to expand and relocate one of their branch offices, they turned to EFH for assistance with the acquisition of an office building that would meet their ongoing growth and satisfy their lab and field operation requirements.
We were able to locate an office building, conveniently just off Interstate 35W, that would meet their existing office needs and location parameters and provide for interim rental income while they determined the extent of their future growth needs.
WSB also required an extensive remodel to include not only office space, but concrete and material testing labs, a new parking structure for their field equipment and vehicles as well as mezzanine space for record storage. EFH Co. worked to ensure that the design of the new addition blended with the existing structure and diligently worked with the city to conform to very stringent redevelopment restrictions in the Heart of the City II zoning district. The result was an updated, revitalized property that accommodated all of their needs and provided interim income.
EFH Realty Advisors provided representation services to WSB & Associates for the building acquisition and leasing the portion of the building not then needed, and currently provides property management services for this location.
