Relocation to Boost Visibility and Traffic

Red Wing Shoes relocated in late 2024 to a more visible location to increase customer traffic. EFH managed the buildout, aligning the space with the brand’s aesthetic through open ceilings, polished concrete floors, and exposed mechanical systems.

Functional Design and Efficient Systems

Design features included exposed bar joists, ductwork, conduit, and fire sprinklers. EFH also installed LED lighting and a modern thermostat system with remote sensors for efficiency and comfort.

Collaboration and Minimal Downtime

EFH coordinated closely with the architect, property owner, and Red Wing team to minimize disruption during relocation. The process was aligned with the tenant’s schedule to reduce downtime.
