Linn Companies

EFH recently completed the latest in a series of projects with Linn Companies lasting over two decades, a 6,200 sf office buildout for their new corporate offices in Woodbury.

The project entailed a complete reconstruction of the second-floor space in a multi-tenant building, utilizing glass throughout the offices to help bring in natural light. The Linn Companies selected unique finishes to create a collaborative space to grow their company of over 200 employees which owns and operates a multitude of businesses throughout the Midwest. Multiple gathering spaces were created to promote collaboration and communication, including the custom tilework on the breakroom table that wraps onto the ceiling. 

Since completing the Linn Companies’ office, EFH has renovated other tenant spaces in the building as well as refreshed the interior common areas. We look forward to continuing our lasting partnership with Linn Companies in their new home.
