Interior Demo and Rebuild on a Tight Timeline

Bob’s Discount Furniture required a complete interior buildout to open a new retail location by December 2024. EFH Realty Advisors oversaw the full demolition and replacement of all systems, walls, flooring, doors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, delivering the project ahead of schedule.

Addressing Site Constraints with Night Work

The store's location above another tenant required disruptive work such as plumbing and electrical to be completed after hours. EFH coordinated with the tenant below and brought in security to ensure minimal disruption and added comfort.

New, Energy Compliant Systems

The tenant opted not to reuse any existing infrastructure. EFH installed all-new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems that met or exceeded current energy codes.

Full Space Transformation

The completed space featured updated design, paint, lighting layout, and flooring, transforming the previous layout into a fully customized retail environment.
