Auto Detail Shop

They detail cars, EFH Co. details design/build projects. After successfully remodeling the Forest Lake Chevrolet Cadillac Dealership in 2018, Forest Lake Auto Group recently teamed up with EFH yet again to create a new detail shop.

Serving as Forest Lake Auto Group’s design/build partner, EFH took a run-down, foreclosed property and transformed the building into a new detail shop and administration building. EFH kicked off the project by consulting with the client on their wants and needs for the new shop, and then worked directly with the city to determine what renovations were possible with the existing building.

The improvement project was completed on a tight schedule from January to June 2020. Through strategic project management and cost-saving solutions such as adept materials management, repairing and modifying existing building mechanical equipment rather than buying new and working within most of the existing layout, EFH was able to deliver excellent results with a limited budget.
