Pizzeria Pezzo

EFH Co. partnered with Pizzeria Pezzo for their newest location in Woodbury, MN. From concept through completion EFH Co. was able to provide exceptional results for Pezzo’s, whose new store is located inside the Woodbury Kowalski’s Market. The project encompassed 3,000 sf of existing Kowalski’s sales area, which was transformed into a modern pizzeria including a new bar, seating area, and full pizza kitchen.  One of the most unique elements of the project is the oversized free-hanging soffit in the middle of the pizzeria, complete with accent lighting around the perimeter. In addition, the two custom enclosures surrounding the ovens provide a beautiful focal point of the kitchen.  Leveraging existing vendor relationships, EFH was able to provide solutions for design and value engineering challenges throughout the project.  EFH is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the project team and is proud to have exceeded Pezzo’s expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
