Sletten & Brettin Orthodontics

Sletten & Brettin Orthodontics operates four clinics throughout the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, and EFH had the privilege of building two of them. The partnership began with the construction of their clinic in Hudson at the Prairie View Center, repurposing a former bank. EFH provided value engineering services throughout the process, helping to reuse existing materials and design features to keep costs controlled.

The new location provided oversized eight-foot doors, floating soffits throughout and a lab designed to bring state of the art technology to customers and employees alike. From design updates to technological upgrades, EFH provided Sletten and Brettin with a highly functional clinic to call home and did it all 10 days ahead of schedule.

After completing the Hudson clinic, Sletten and Brettin again engaged EFH for their Woodbury clinic, remodeling a former pediatric dentistry office to create an updated orthodontic clinic. The scope included reworking existing electrical and plumbing to accept new lab and treatment equipment as well as updating exam rooms and the reception area. The new customer experience provides local design elements, a coffee bar, and some of the newest technology in the industry for patients. EFH was able to leverage previous experience and client knowledge to deliver their new space in just 35 days, almost twice as fast as initially projected.
