Kowalski's Markets Shoreview | Retail Design Build Construction

EFH Co. is honored to be a long-standing construction partner with the Kowalski’s Market family of grocery stores, building several new stores, their commissary building, and remodeling many of their stores throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

Our most recent collaboration with Kowalski’s was their Shoreview remodel, a 68,000-square-foot design build construction project converting a vacated Rainbow Foods location into a new Kowalski's Market and commissary. The existing building facade was removed and replaced, a new mezzanine built, and the front entrance expanded to ensure a comfortable customer experience. The store interior was upgraded and renovated with the high-end finishes Kowalski's retail customers expect.

Included in the design build and remodel is their new single level commissary with full commercial kitchen functionality supporting highly efficient food production and processing for in-store sales and catering.
