Challenge
NextNet produces WiMAX broadband wireless access systems/modems. WiMAX is a technology that provides wireless connections over long distances. As the company grew, they needed to expand to a larger space.

Solution
EFH Co. provided design/build services to create a new lease space that would meet NextNet's needs, allowing for a specialized quality control environment for computer equipment testing. The project consisted of approximately 52,000 square feet with an opportunity for 20% expansion. Temperature controlled space included office, testing labs, production and warehousing. Lab testing areas had humidity and static control systems in place.

Time frame: Design completion to occupancy within 100 days
