EFH served as the developer, broker, design/build contractor and property manager to redevelop this site in Prior Lake, Minnesota, into a retail complex anchored by NAPA Auto Parts. EFH brought several parties together and facilitated a 3-way 1031 exchange in order to make the development possible.
NAPA Auto Parts had to be completed prior to the balance of the building requiring winter construction to meet their timing needs. Building materials included precast concrete with stamped imprint brick, steel and brick veneer.
In addition to NAPA, tenants of this popular complex include several regional and national restaurants, childcare, service providers and healthcare.
