Our Process

The EFH Co. Process
EFH Co. makes the building process simple. From start to finish, you will find that we are flexible, detail-oriented communicators. Your project manager is the first point of contact, working on your behalf and solving problems. One of the EFH Co. principals will act as your project manager, and behind every project manager is an experienced team.

The process generally follows these steps where we:

  1. Respond to your inquiry about available land
  2. Determine land and building needs, including any special requirements
  3. Develop a site plan
  4. Estimate preliminary costs
  5. Present a proposal with preliminary costs and scope of work
  6. Complete drawings
  7. Recommend financing options and coordinate city approvals
  8. Coordinate permitting
  9. Build your project
  10. Present a project recap and determining any future needs such as facilities management
