Mackin Library Media

Challenge
Mackin Library Media provides library services for public and private K-12 libraries. In order to consolidate distribution and marketing functions, they needed a new building.

Solution
EFH Co. provided turnkey land acquisition and design/build services for a new facility that would meet present and future growth needs. Building design included consideration for process flow of books in and out of the facility. The new space consisted of 40,000 square feet with room to expand up to 54,000 square feet. Mackin was able to consolidate all functions in one facility and improved production efficiency. One year later, the client expanded the additional 14,000 square feet to accommodate business growth.
