Challenge
Waymar Industries manufactures customized restaurant booth seating, chairs, tables and cabinetry. To meet current and future growth needs, they needed to expand into a new manufacturing facility.

Solution
EFH Co. provided development services, including TIF negotiation, and helped Waymar sell their existing facility. In addition, EFH provided design/build services for construction of new office/manufacturing and warehouse facility. The new space consisted of 100,000 square feet, which included 20,000 square feet of office space. By building completion, the existing facility had been sold and Waymar was able to move into the new space.

Time frame: Design completion to occupancy within 210 days
