As your general contractor, EFH Co. is directly responsible for the project construction and the client handles the design separately with an architecture firm. As your general contractor, we supply all the material, labor, equipment and services to complete the project. EFH Co. handles all the details, including subcontractor relationships, to ensure your project runs smoothly. Just as with a design/build project, we act on your behalf, meeting the project schedule and key milestones along the way. |
